ABOUT OUR VILLAS
Blue Marlin Villas is comprised of two family beach houses: Blue Marlin Beach House and Coquina. Located on what is considered the best swimming beach on Jamaica’s South Coast (in Treasure Beach, St Elizabeth), Blue Marlin Villas exhibits that rare combination of seaside bliss, and historical interest all within a expansive landscaped dry tropical garden.
Ideally situated in Great Pedro Bay, this property was once a Taino settlement (be sure to view the collection of artifacts found right on the property).
The villas are uniquely decorated with a mix of authentic antique pieces, original artwork, and contemporary beachside furnishings. A welcoming staff includes a cook, housekeeper, and gardener as well as your dedicated on call property manager.
Blue Marlin Villas has been owned by four generations of the same family, making it the perfect retreat for family, friends and group getaways.
Beach House
The Blue Marlin Beach House is complemented by a lush botanical garden, a pergola and a uniquely designed swimming pool, perched on a balcony that offers a stunning view of Great Pedro Bay. It's our little piece of paradise.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach house sleeps 8 guests and includes a small child’s alcove (with twin and child's bed), located adjacent to the master's bedroom.

Coquina is nestled within an exotic garden on an unspoiled beach on Jamaica's south coast. Named for the colorful shells that populate our beach, Coquina represents relaxation and tranquility .
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach house, that sleeps 7 guests, is tucked in the friendly community of Great Bay - the most easterly and most tranquil of the five villages that make up coastal Treasure Beach.
