Rates include rental of villa, and the services of the staff. Rates do NOT include food, transportation, tips or gratuities. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Minimum 3 nights stay. Discounts are available for stays longer than 2 weeks.

GART US$1 per room per night is included.
There is a refundable damage deposit of US$200. Refundable in full to guests if there is no damage done to houses/ property. Otherwise, cost of damage is deducted and balance refunded.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking will be held for 4 days, after which time it will be released, unless a deposit is received.
50 % deposit is required to confirm reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required if arrival date is within 45 days of reservations being made.
Check, cash or bank transfer are welcome means of payment. We do not accept credit cards.
· 90 days prior to arrival; deposit less US$100.00 (or JA$ equivalent)
· 60 to 90 days prior to arrival; deposit less 50% (25% of booking)
· 30 to 60 days prior to arrival; full payment less 50%
· Less than 30 days prior to arrival - no refund.
This policy may be amended if we are able to re-book the days. All cancellations must be made in writing and will not be considered valid unless confirmed by the blue marlin villas team.
JA$150 to US$1 (subject to change without notice).
The entire property requires a minimum 4 night double house booking for all events (Weddings and similar celebrations) and a 15% service charge for staff tips. If the number of guests exceed those staying in house a venue charge will apply. All weddings must be catered unless it is just the house guests ( Flexible).
Maximum capacity for events held on property is limited to 30 persons inclusive of all in-house guests. Enquire for more details.
